How much does a full home renovation cost?
Our home renovations start from $100,000. A main floor open concept conversion is on the lower end; a whole-home multi-floor renovation is higher. We provide a detailed, line-item quote during your free consultation.
How long does a home renovation take?
Most home renovations take 12–24 weeks depending on scope. A main floor overhaul is typically 12–16 weeks; a wholehome renovation with additions can take 20+ weeks.
Can you remove load-bearing walls?
Yes. Open concept conversions are one of our specialties. Our team includes structural engineers who assess loadbearing walls and design proper steel beam supports. All structural work is engineered, permitted, and inspected.
Do I need to move out during a home renovation?
It depends on scope. For a main floor renovation, most clients continue living in the home. For whole-home renovations,
we’ll advise whether temporary relocation makes sense.
