How did domilya GROUP get on HGTV?
When the dust had settled from the pandemic, domilya GROUP was approached to be the head general contractor on HGTV’s Gut Job. On this show, Sebastian Clovis – pro-athlete turned all-star builder – guides homeowners through their biggest renovations and helps bring their dreams to life with his creativity, support, and team. Together they design, demolish, rebuild, and beautify nightmare properties into stunning dream homes.
The HGTV crew knew domilya GROUP was the perfect fit for these high-intensity renos because of all the times they’d seen them in action on Bryan’s shows. So when it came time to start filming Gut Job, there was no doubt who should get the job.

We get asked a lot which renovation has been our favourite and the answer is simple – all of them!
Every reno is unique and provides us with an opportunity to showcase our skills, making it impossible for us to pick just one. We’ve had the privilege of working alongside some amazing HGTV hosts like Brian Baeumler, Sebastian Clovis and Marc and Mandy from CITY TV.
Our favourite part of each job is seeing the homeowner’s reaction to their new home. Watching the transformation that takes place throughout each project is truly incredible!
